This week is Well-Being Week. Hawking Class went for a walk to Victoria Park. We had to look at what was happening around us. We used sticky boards to collect some beautiful things we found. We had a lovely day and met some lovely people today. How to take a mindful walk - Take a few deep breaths and begin walking at a slower pace than you typically would take. As you walk, notice how your body feels, paying attention to how your legs, feet and arms feel with every step you take. Notice the footstep as it touches the ground and moves from the heel to toe.
